Once we have confirmed your details and your choice of medical service, we will forward your booking details to the medical provider to confirm you appointment.
A cancellation of appointment is not allowed and cancellation fee may be applied by some medical service provider. Hence you are advised to make your booking carefully after you made a decision action.
The cost or medical fee provided by medical service provider is based on the information provided by you and as a general rule, some discrepancy in term of final payment will happen due to the medical treatment condition. The same applies to the health screening and other medical care services.
You have to pay directly to the medical service provider by cash, bank transfer, credit card or any option that stipulated by the service provider as Gomymedic.com do not deal with any payment for your medical fee at this stage.
You should bring along your referral letter when attending the medical appointment for verification purpose. We normal send it by email upon confirmation of appointment.
You can make your pre-booking here on Gomymedic.com via our partner service provider Deluxe Chauffeur Car Service or use any of the Grab Car service in Malaysia (similar with Uber) or taxi/cab services when you are here in Malaysia.
Normally no but you can pre-request in order for our service provider to provide the access to you prior to your arrival.
For your best protection and safety concern, we will advise you to get yourselves and your companion to have a travel insurance prior to your trip to here or any of your holiday trip.
If your medical insurance has stipulated for your overseas treatment then obviously you will get covered. However, it is advisable for you to consult your insurance agency and company before you make your decision to having an overseas treatment.
Most of the travel visa is granted for a 30-day stay in Malaysia. However if extension is required your medical service provider can arrange for you.
Most of our medical service provider has an affiliated partner in overseas for this purpose or recommendation for the right option. Please consult your medical provider on this before the treatment to ensure the best recovery process of your decision.
Practically you shall consider the nearby area which allowed for easy commuting during your treatment. Can search from Traveloka or we will assist where is the best option based on your condition and preference.
It is more advisable that you only book your flight upon confirming your appointment with the medical centre or hospital to avoid any changes of flight.
Most of the medical centre accept credit card payment. However, some prefer online bank transfer for large amount of payment. Please confirm with the medical centre prior your arrival.
