Capital City of Kuala Lumpur

The largest and capital city of Malaysia which about 35km away from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), the very specular landmark of Twin Towers and shopping paradise for most of the shoppers either for fashion or luxury is the most popular tourist spot in Malaysia. A mix of colonial, modern, Asian and Malay architecture flows through the city reflected in its heritage building and local foods full of a mixture of Malay, Chinese and Indian and many other Eastern and Western cuisines these days. You can easily find some bars and night life entertainment activities here especially near the central Kuala Lumpur like Bukit Bintang and KLCC. At the same time if you have some extra time, you can pay a visit to Batu Caves which is located just a short distance of North Kuala Lumpur and challenge yourselves with the 256 steps of Indian mosque at Batu Caves which is the one of the favourite tourist spot in Malaysia.

George Town, Penang

Situated on the West-North of Peninsular Malaysia, Penang seems to be like an open museum with colonial district with wide selection of British buildings, churches and Fort Cornwallis. Street arts and murals can be seeing every where in the streets with surprise. This island city also famous for its beautiful authentic local foods such as laksa, roti canai (roti paratha) and char kueh teu (fried flat noodle) where even other Malaysian would love to cross the bridge just to immerse in the love of their favourite foods.

Malacca

The historical and cultural city of Malacca which is located south of capital city about 200km away is featuring as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008. Famous Joker Street Night Market is the center of the cultural and authentic local foods for local tourist and international travellers all year round. This historical city has been famous for its previous Portuguese and Dutch colonisation which left with rich architecture and cultural of the outlook of the city till today.

Pulau Perhentian, Terengganu

This tropical island that situated on the East coast of Peninsula Malaysia is famous with the white sandy beach and is one of the most popular spot for diving and snorkelling. Cameron Highlands, Pahang

One of the most attractive places of Malaysia, Cameron highland which is located in the North of Kuala Lumpur is a highland famous for its emerald green tea plantations (Boh Te Plantation) along with strawberry and vegetable farms due to its highland climate with 1100 metres altitude from sea level. It was discovered by British surveyor William Cameron in 19th century and since then has became one of the favourite places for local and international traveller.

Pulau Tioman, Pahang

With rich coral, untouched beaches and rich rainforest, Pulau Tioman which is located in the East Coast of Peninsular paralleled with Pulau Perhentian has become one of the not to miss tropical island for international traveller. Favourite activities like snorkelling and scuba diving, jungle trekking and even just a relaxing bicycle and motorbike riding would considered a very beautiful things to do if you are looking a place for relaxation.

Pulau Langkawi, Kedah

Situated on the Eastern North of Peninsular, Langkawi has evolved from a small fishing village with farms to now a popular tourist destination with duty free status. It has attracted thousands of tourist both locally and internationally every year to enjoy the wonders of its nature and the vibrant of the luxury 5-star resort not to mention its famous Black Sand Beach, natural Hot Spring, Telaga Tujuh (The Seven Wells) and the legendary love story of its mysticism from ancient time to now that still lingering the people on the island.

Sabah & Sarawak (Borneo)

These two states that situated in East Malaysia is divided by West Peninsula by South China Sea which is approximately 1.5hours flight. Mount Kinabalu is the highest mountain Malaysia with an altitude of 3,800m via the rock surface of path towards the top. It has become one of the main activity to do for every visitor to Sabah who is looking for physical challenge and to conquer the highest point of the mountain with magnificent view.

Next to Sabah is Sarawak which in on the south of the Borneo famous with its natural scenary and rainforest. Gunung Mulu National Park is the home to one of the longest networks of caves in the world which can accommodate 40 Boeing 747 airplanes with its size. Another place for nature lover is the Baku National Park which is located about 35km away from the largest city Kuching (cat city). Apart from its beauty natural pink sandstone with iron patterns on the cliff, Baku National park also is a home to approximately 275 rare proboscis monkeys that only found in Borneo. Both Sabah & Sarawak are rich with its native cultures with indigenous tribes such as Iban, Bidayuh and Dayak with more than 25 different tribes in the traditional long house village.

Travelling in Malaysia

Upon you arrival at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, KLIA you can probably start feeling the “warm” temperature of a typical tropical climate right here at the central of Malaysia. Tropical range of 28 – 35 degree celcius is our average with a bit cooling time during our monsoon season which falls from November to March. That’s the reason why such climate is the ideal temperature for any health recovery as you see the beautiful sunshine all the times! From KLIA or KLIA2 which is our budget airline airport, you can easily call a taxi or Grab car (e-hailing). We can arrange a private driver for you if you preferred for a more comfortable and convenient service to the hotel or any other city upon arrival.

Travelling in Malaysia is quite easy especially in the capital city Kuala Lumpur where most of the shopping places are within the walking distance and taxi or Grab car can be called anytime. You can choose to take a ride of MRT, LRT or buses if you preferred a more local experience.

Foods can be found every where in Malaysia even in the very rural area as we perceived foods very important in life hence you can see food stalls or “hawker” selling noodle or nasi lemak including all kinds of local snacks such like “goreng pisang” ie fried banana on the street. Obviously you can have a proper dining in the restaurant such like Japanese, Western and Middle East in our metropolitan cities KL and Penang. Fast food outlets such as Mc Donald and KFC and Burger King are also common in Malaysia.

You will have a wide selection of accommodation here in Malaysia where 4-5 star international standard hotels are easily found in Kuala Lumpur and Penang including other cities like Kuching and Kota Kinabalu in East Malaysia. You can opt for 2-3 star hotels too which have more variety to choose from according to your own preference. Resorts are mainly found in the islands and beaches especially in the East Couast of Peninsular Malaysia like Pulau Redang and Pulau Tioman. Sabah is famous for its beautiful beaches and islands with luxury resorts with Spa retreat if you are after a seamless and relaxing time for your holiday here in Malaysia.
